I am not sure if any institute provides SCJP training in Hyd, but you have to learn (if you are not already) and practice java.
You can look for institutes for Java training but your 100% effort is required to take the exam.
If you are in college and/or already have java in your curriculum..
Refer the below books:
1) Head first java or java complete reference - for basic understanding
2) SCJP book by Kathy Sierra & Bert Bates or Khalid Mughal - for SCJP preparation.
3) Once you finish the above books, take some online mock tests.
If you don't know java, it may be worthy to take java training, as Hyd (especially in Ameerpet) has n number of institutes for this.
