Were you pointing to the fact that the "Win a Copy of Debug It! this week in the Testing forum" message was still up, after the winners were announced? If yes, then i guess it's a minor timing issue. The message has already been taken down.

Yes, its the time issue, but I just noticed it hence I pointed.

There are a number of steps to closing down a promo. I missed one. (two actually - I forgot to take down the banner too which I did.)

There actually is a slight chance of winning after the winners are announced - if a winner doesn't want a book, we draw the next winner. However, posts only count until the promo officially ends - which is when we post the winners.

I pointed out because I saw it first time, I thought its bug or something.
