html table help needed

i have a web page which has 3 tables. 3rd table length is fixed. but 1st and 2nd table size depends on the Database data. i have to make the first 2 table length fixed according to the browser. i.e., first and second table should have a scroll bar inside it. i have a minmax functionality for the tables. i can mimimise any table, doing so shud increase the other table size accordingly.

2) Reserve color for emphaiss. Do not use it for your entire post. I have removed the blue coloring which made your text hard to read. if people can't read your post, they can't help you.

3) Please use real words when posting to the forums. Abbreviations such as "shud" in place of "should" only serve to make your posts more difficult to read and less likely to generate useful responses.
