JavaPassion is not accessible today,
Can anybody tell me what is wrong?
I am working on some tutorial there, and suddenly it stated giving 404 error.

Looks to me like someone let their domain name expire. Unless you're talking about weebly.com, in which case it's working fine. Being specific is so handy.
