Let me say if we have implemented a java application and if that application is tied to a website with a particular IP adress and when the IP address of the website chnages,how will it impact the application and what chnages needs to be done in the java code and where are all we refer to the ip address in the java application

Well, to put it quite bluntly, everywhere that refers to the old IP address you'll have to change it to the new IP address.

Why should your web application be tied to a single IP address?
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
