When I login at Sun's Developer site...

https://softwarereg.sun.com/registration/developer/en_US/login

...Safari never asks whether I want it to remember my password info. I do have Safari's AutoFill preferences enabled, and there is not a prior entry for this site telling Safari to "never remember passwords."

I've manually added the site to Keychain Access -- designating Safari as an associated app -- but that doesn't seem to be enough. I don't see a way to manually add an entry to Safari's AutoFill preferences.

Interestingly, the user name field in Sun's form appears to be named "soaid", so my guess is that this unusual field name is preventing Safari from recognizing that this is, in fact, a user name/password combination being submitted. I've read that if the username in Sun's form is an email address, then Safari will recognize it, but my user name is not an email address.

So my question is: How can I manually add an entry to Safari's AutoFill list for passwords? Or is there another way around this?
