If you looked at iTunes7 you will find as if Apple is developing a new theme.
So Apple is dropping out their brushed metal and Aqua themes ?
I hope they are not, I don't like the new one.

I've been running iTunes 7 from some time now and, to be honest, I can't see how it's appreciably different from brushed metal. A little "smoother" perhaps, but that's not the kind of thing I focus on.

Lots of people seem to get militant (on either side) every time changes are made in the application chrome, but I just don't see the need for it all. As long as the apps work in the smooth and flawless way I've come to expect from Apple, I'm happy.

I would say "developing" is the key word, because whatever they're trying doesn't seem quite finished yet. I'm okay with the smoother "metal" look, but the new scroll bar color doesn't fit with it.

That's just one user's opinion. There might be others out there.

Yes, a very bad one.
