assigning multiple values to a radio button

Hi all,

Is it possible to assign multiple values to a radio button.
The value of the radio button should contain name and place.I want to pass this value to a javascript function.

Plz help

Why don't you sperate it with a comma or something which can ve used with a split method to get each part.
