I thought I would go through all the unanswered questions and give them an answer.

Kris's said multiple times on his stay here that he does not cover the topics of other libraries, but shows you how to build your own. Our fellow sherif here on the Ranch Bear has a book on Prototype.js: http://www.amazon.com/Prototype-Scriptaculous-Quickly-Dave-Crane/dp/1933988037/sr=1-3/qid=1166970949/ref=sr_1_3/104-4782292-9822324?ie=UTF8&s=books

Thanks for the plug Eric!

Ajax in Practice also has a chapter looking at how various libraries (Dojo, Prototype, DWR) tackle Ajax development.

Both books are available through the Manning Early Access Program.
