Does anyone have a code sample showing how to use Apache XML-RPC clientthrough a proxy server? I've been trying to use Apache HttpClient as the transport method but can't get anything to work. I've searched and found nothing on this topic..

I've posted my test servlet below.

Thanks,
Dave

The standard way for Java in general to communicate via HTTP through a proxy server is to set the http.proxyHost and http.proxyPort system properties. I can't see why it would be any different for XML-RPC.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
