Has anybody run into trouble with too few iterations per release? I hear some smooth running teams release every iteration, or at least very frequently. We weren't so smooth, and I sometimes felt there were not enough iterations to adjust for discovery, observe velocity in a new area, respond to user feedback, etc. Does that ring true for anyone?
A good question is never answered. It is not a bolt to be tightened into place but a seed to be planted and to bear more seed toward the hope of greening the landscape of the idea. John Ciardi
