hi,

can anybody suggest good books, links etc. for the topic of change and release management of software. generally i would like to get some ideas from patterns, so literature should not be focused too much on technologies.

surely i got ideas myself but still feel that i often try to reinvent the process-wheel.

thanks for any hints!
