I first studied Head First, followed by close reading of Sun's EJB Spec. I used SoftSCBCD mock questions. The entire preparation roughly took two months. If you prepare like this, you will find exam relatively easy.

Most of the questions were very straight forward and except for a few tricky ones, you can breeze through. The only irritant in the exam was questions in which you have to drag & drop answers. The problem was when you go back to review questions, in each of those questions (with drag & drop type), the previous answers you had given vanishes. Remember this and review those questions, only if necessay.
Good Luck!!
