At the moment, Whizlabs J2EE 484 exam simulator costs $ 79.99 (168 questions).
The web site says that - Free upgrades for 6 months.
My question is if I buy the simulator now and after 6 months, do I have to buy the new simulator again or will I get it at a discount price as I had already bought the old simulator?
Similarly, if I win the 484 exam simulator in this forum but decide to take the exam 6 months later, Will I get a free upgrade to the new exam simulator?...Maybe that is asking for too much?

The free upgrades are only for six months. After that period, you are eligible for the 20% discount when you buy the new version of the simulator.
Thanks,

Upgrades are a way of making more money for both test hosts and test trainers.

i agree kishore, but then again $79 for 168 questions, what do you think of that. If i did not know any better i would say that it is expensive, but when seeing the quality of the answers, the explanations and the guarantee, well i suppose its worth it.

Here the issue is related to upgrades.
My belief is that once u are certified on specific subject you should not go another round of the same(similar to some one with MBA is not encouraged to do another MBA). If you feel your knowledge is outdated on that subject, you can always update that on your own.

Whatever you say buddy! And I believe this tiny ad too:
