In addition to the exam simulators mentioned above by Eduardo and Joyce, there also is another SCMAD exam simulator from Enthuware, JMAD+.

You should try FREE 30 exam questions first with the trial edition before you buy the software. I hope they can help you to get familiar with the format of the real SCMAD exam.

Hope this helps you...

The following books are very good for this exam:

1. Apress.Wireless.Java.Developing.with.J2ME.Second.Edition
2. MIDP 2.0 Style Guide for J2ME

In additional, the related technology specification must be read, include CDC, CLDC, MIDP, WMA....., you can download these documents from SUN.

I do agree that Wireless Java, 2nd Edition is a must-read book for those who wants to learn J2ME in general and it is currently the most suitable commercial book available in the market for the SCMAD exam.

But the specs are inneglectable. Since the exam is based on the specs, all the exam questions come from the specs. So once someone understand the specs, then he/she will surely get high scores in the exam. But one thing to remember is that CDC is not included in the exam. So there is no need to waste your precious time with it.

Just my 2 cents...
