I still haven't received my voucher. What is going on?

both Programmer and Developer on
Java 1.1. Could I take the beta test?

I finally received my voucher and successfully signed up for the exam on the 9th. I couldn't use the website though (no 311-090); I had to contact them by phone.

I have submitted the beta exam request more more early than my friends, they have already receive theirs. But I don't know why I still have not received anything just after the confirmation.
