If not how much time it will take to release?

This has been the most requested book in this thread. But unfortunately it won't be arriving anytime soon. They don't even have plans to create one (yet).

Meanwhile, you can get started with the already available EJB3 books. The three books on top of everybody's list are:

Enterprise JavaBeans 3.0 (5th Edition)

Mastering Enterprise JavaBeans 3.0

Pro EJB 3: Java Persistence API (Pro)
