Hi Friends,

Today I cleared SCWCD 5 exam with 81%.

Thanks a plenty to javaranch and all of you for the extended support.

How It all started:
----------------
1) I read HFSJ 1.4 thoroughly and it took me 1 and half months to read it twice and remember everything.
2) referred to API docs and specs given by Sun regularly to remember the methods, their signatures etc.
3) took Enthuware test simulator, score was not all that good as I felt it was a little tough (this had 4 exams).
4.) free mock exams listed on SCWCD FAQ page.Especially the quiz in http://www.examulator.com/moodle/mod/quiz/index.php?id=5 helped me a lot.

Wat was there in the exam ?
a.) 69 Questions in 180 minutes, pass % was 70%.
b.) Extra 15 minutes before beginning of the exam for a survey.
c.) Bryan kept his word by keeping it tougher than 1.4. Most of the questions that I missed were logical(And have never come across them kind in MOCK and HFSJ 1.4).Perhaps, HFSJ 1.5 might be a better book to help us achieve 100%.

Some tips on the questions:
a.) Most of the questions were pretty lenghty. We need to read the whole question without missing a word and understand the real problem.
b.) [Removed - Christophe]
c.) [Removed - Christophe]
d.) Last but not least, it is MANDATORY to remember all the methods in ServletRequest,ServletResponse,HTTPServletRequest,HTTPServletResponse,ServletContext and RequestDispatcher and also their return values.

Ok Fellas, All the very Best for all those who are preparing. You can always reach me through vigneshsachin@gmail.com..

Thanks/Regards
Bala
