FTP upload with Commons.net got exception

Problem is here when i am trying to upload it gives me exception

Dont look the first if statement block i use the second one, plain file upload.

Do you ever check the return code from the connect or invoke disconnect() like it tells you to do in the javadoc?

no, but i will do that. Yeah the problem answer is really easy, my friend, google helped me out got this article http://cephas.net/blog/2004/05/27/commons-net-ftp-and-active-vs-pasv-connections/. But yes i dont know how the FTP really works, i used wiki but all the contents are so separated. Anyone has good guides for FTP, workflow with commands ?
