Does the subject of Web Services lend itself to be a good candidate for a certification exam? If so, does any one want to estimate when we would be seeing one? And who would certify it?

Thanks,

The J2EE Certified Architect exam for J2EE 1.4 would be covering up the J2EE Web services requirements. (May happen ~Q4,03)
