Hi Dirk Schreckmann,

May I know on what basis the winners are evaluated. I have been for a long time with this forum with quite a no. of good posts.

What all parameters make you as a winner ? Please suggest ...

Thanks & Regards,

From the book promotion page:
Some time during the day on Friday, the promotion will end and the forum will be combed for qualifying messages since the promotion began (this is an automated process). From these, four winners will be randomly selected.

Hi Lasse,

You say "combed for qualifying messages". But what does this search process do ? What qualifiying messages does it pick and on what parameters ?

Thanks & Regards,

I think messages that are pertinent to the forum will be in the search(irrespective of if they are related to the book). But, messages that only talk about a poster's cat or dog will be disregarded(since they don't give any value for that specific forum visitors)
