Friends
i would like your opinion on this...for someone with little or no java experience does certification help in getting a job or for that matter an interview..i passed SCJP2 last week with pretty good marks and had applied for some java jobs..( i don't have much java experience but some 'exposure' in projects that i have been) ....sorry to say but there haven't been a single call from recruitment agents even to discuss a java job opportunity ...so does certification really help for job hunting ..or do employers ONLY look for experience..atleast thats what some agents told me
have any of you got a java job after doing certification with little or no prior experience in java?

This would really be a better topic for our "Jobs Discussion" forum, so I've moved it for you.
