Hi,

I use mp3 files in my portal's applets(commercial) for sounds. But the 5th item at http://www.mp3licensing.com/help/index.html confused me.

If the annual gross revenue is more than US$ 100 000.00(ok. it is not now but maybe in future ) then do I need a license?

If it requires license, what format do you suggest?

Thanx...

It sounds like you need a license for ANY kind of commercial use, no matter whether you make any money at all.

However, this has nothing to do with applets or Java.
