Hi Ranchers,

Can anyone, please tell me about the things to take care of, at the time of purchasing the voucher for SCJP1.6 exam?

Thanks in advance.

Deano.

I'm also not sure if this information is what you need: Maybe you can refer to the SCJP FAQ. Hope this helps.

I mean, if I buy it from someone else, who had previously bought it, now selling it to me @ a discounted price, what should I verify, so that he is not able to fool me.

Sun physical vouchers, are just a piece of paper which contains a security code and the expiry date of the voucher.
The security code is not visible and has a hologram stuck on top of it. You have to scratch the hologram to reveal the number which should be fed in the system when you give the test.
So the things to look out are:
1. The hologram is intact, nobody has tampered with the secret code.
2. The voucher has not expired and has the validity till whatever date you should be comfortable with giving the exam.
Hope this helps!
