escape sequence in JDBC? Why should we

Are you curious about escaping certain characters?
The easiest thing is to not worry about it. Take a look at using a PreparedStatement.
I'd suggest taking a look at the PreparedStatement documentation and trying a quick search on this forum. (The search page link is at the top right of this page.)
