hi, can anyone direct me to a step by step guide as to how to connect to a db2 database using a Servlet. i wish to create tables, modify data within them, read data etc all by using Servlets. Is it possible to get the data from db2 in XML format and how to do the same.
thanks in advance.

Welcome to JavaRanch.

Connecting to a database from a servlet isn't different than connecting to it from any other piece of Java code, so I'll move this to the JDBC forum.
