Hi all,

I am a Java/J2EE developer for 2 years now. I have worked in Unisys as a software consultant and now working as an in house developer in a distribution company.

I am a bit confused with my career situation. My friend has recently found a job as sa Java developer in investment banking. She said that it is very good pay and they use new technologies. As I am getting very bored with the in house development in the distribution company. Would I be better off joining the investment banking section which seems to be a lot more dynamic?

What are the catches of joining companies like UBS, Citigroup?

Any help is very much appreciated.
