A few days earlier I was talking in yahoo with one of my friends who worked as an evaluator of Project Ace from Sun. A lot we talked about, but just to simplify I am copying this info from http://research.sun.com/projects/ace/
The Ace Project at Sun Labs has developed an architecture-neutral programming language and development environment that fundamentally simplifies the process of creating modern, web-enabled business applications.
What I heard from that friend is that this framework/technolgy/what should we call it? -- will reduce the development time so significantly that the famous pet store application that earlier took EJB to create it in six months time consisting 14000 lines of code, has now took in ACE 250 lines (actually 1000 lines among whom 750 lines can be prepared visually from UML tool) in only six days!?!?
Just to know more about this story ( reality) hit the following URL -

What would you say about it?
