regarding EJB Deployment

hi friends,
this is mahesh,i am new to EJB technology,at the time of accessing the application from J2ee RI Server ,i am getting the following error msg

javax.naming.CommunicationException: Can't find SerialContextProvider

can anyone sort this out for me

This exception usually means the JNDI Server is not running, or possibly the JNDI properties for the server are incorrect
