I have 4 yr Experience in Java J2EEcurrently I am working in India & want to migrate to Singapore.
I am SCJP & SCWCD certified. I have applied through Singapore jobsites but they didnt yet replied me .
I dont have Singapore working visa. I thought the employer who selects me will process it?
Is there any consultant in India who does this?
What should I do?

If you get a job in Singapore your employer will process employment pass for you. Usually Singapore companies prefer to recruit local candidates or you should be available in Singapore for interview. However, few companies recruit from India as well. You need to register in job sites like Monster and choose preferred location to Singapore.

If you are really serious in getting a job in Singapore, perhaps you can come here for a short period (a month or two) and attend interviews. The possibility of job is very high if you are physically available here for interviews.

Use Google to get Singapore consultants list.
