View new frame while open a frame?

i want to ask about a simple thing and i hope anybody can help me. Could a frame(Frame A) view other frame(Frame B) by only we generate new object B from Object A?

Yes you can but i depends on your class and objects in Frame 1 and Frame 2.

I am doing the same thing.....
