Try http://www.javasoft.com/products/jsp and http://www.javasoft.com/products/servlets to start. There is an Oreilly book on servlets that is a bit dated, but it is an extremely good book. I am not sure about JSP books, maybe the featured book this week is good, but I do not spend much time with JSP.

Hi Shabbir,
You are in an excellent forum already to start off with servlets and JSP.Along with this, I suggest, you sincerely follow the Sun Java site http://java.sun.com for more information on the Enterprise Technologies.
For Servlets and JSP's there are many good books in the market.I have read Core Servlets and JSP by Marty Hall and found it very good. Also referenced Instant Java Servlets and Instant Java Server Pages by Phil Hanna. These books are good enough to get a sufficient grasp on the topic.
Once you are comfortable with these technologies, you may refer other books in the market to improve on your knowledge.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
