Oracle database Server installation problem on redhat linux 7.1

Hello,
I have installed Redhat linux...configured it properly for windows clients..samba server.
When i am trying to install oracle database server on this ..it giving two errors..
1.While installation it showing the error that "database creation failed"
2.after that if i try to run svrmgrl it showing error "segmentation fault".
What could be the reason? i have installed linux on INTEL.
can anyone help me out?
