I have app which pulls info from an Oracle DB. I have converted the app to a servlet. How do I test the servlet with Oracle. How do I move the database to the Tomcat directory? Is this what needs to happen?

you don't have to move the database to the tomacat directory! if u have already set up the ODBC connection (as u must have in your previous application) u just follow the same procedure!!

The Java Ranch has thousands of visitors every week, many with surprisingly similar names. To avoid confusion we have a naming convention, described at JavaRanch's naming policy. . We require names to have at least two words, separated by a space, and strongly recommend that you use your full real name. Please change to a new name which meets the requirements.
Thanks.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
