Anyone has an icon for a class file? If you have one can you send it to me. For mine which is running on Win ME, it uses the window media as the class file icon.

No, it is not. It is just the icon representing the class file, like the MS-Word icon representing an MS-Word document.

Forte(an IDE) has an icon it uses for class files.

You could always draw one yourself.
In win32 you do it like this:
An icon is just a 24-bit .bmp with the extention changed to .ico, I think 32x32 pixels.
You change the icon for a file type by opening my computer->view->folder options->file types (select file type) ->advanced->change icon.
