How you can tell if you have a Java Runtime Environment on your PC?

Either search My Computer for "Java" or "jdk" or similar keywords or look into the Registry Editor (regedit.exe) what comes under the key named HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment
