I posted this as an answer to a similar question 10 days ago. This hasn't changed. (Well, save for the last bit, since I -did- actually get scoresheets for my MS betas.... but they only give you credit for the minimum passing score there when you take betas.)

I've got my certification kit last friday.
It contains сertificate, badge etc.
There is no scoresheets included

They're not mailed together, generally. The kit comes from Sun - the score comes from Prometric. You'll get it in a plain white envelope, if the past is any guide.

Actually the passing score was too low (42%)... IMHO

I prepared using the study notes from Rajneesh and slides of javapassion.
You could have a look at w3schools.com site for learning other technologies mentioned in the exam like XSD, ....
