Is the rainy season associated with a particular date that is widely recognized as such? The special logos are usually up for just a couple of (specific) days.

Also, no Flash - it would need to be an animated GIF.

well ... i dont think theres some specific date for the rainy season ...

gif is not a problem ... i can convert it to a gif
