I thought I was the only one !! My co-workers can't believe me when I tell them I haven't got one
some of the japanese cell phones are a lot better than the iPhone
There are some where you can go fishing. You move the phone, as if you'd swing a pole. A bit like Wii's controller. It was quite funny to see people waiting hours (days?) before the opening to get their iPhone It looked like the day Playstation 1/2 was sold in Japan. I'm not sure people will be queueing to get an iPhone.
Would they work anywhere in the world?
I don't think so. I have no cell phone, so I can't tell precisely, but Japan uses a different communication system. That's why we have to wait for iPhone, because there's no interface yet.
I question some of the perceptions expressed in this article. The reviewers from CNET complain that the iPhone doesn't live up to the "hype," but it's not clear what they were expecting or why they had these expectations. Isn't the iPhone delivering exactly what it was advertised to do? (As another reviewer said in response to the endless want-lists of some iPhone users: "Cold fusion would be nice too.")
In any case, there's still a lot of good hands-on information here. [ July 05, 2007: Message edited by: marc weber ]

Well it isn't a rebate card, if is a Gift card, but from points I get from Citibank on my CC Card and from Marriott Rewards points. Do those also not apply to Apple products, that you know of?
