Breakfast
3 egg whites scrambled with cheese
2 slices of toast with Sweet potato butter
water

Lunch
4 oz chunk chicken on toast with slice of cheese and Taco Bell fire sauce
1 cup steamed green beans

Snacks
14 cheese cubes
1 apple
protein shake/smoothie(if I have calories left over)

Dinner
Homemade StirFry
Brown Rice

Steak and some french fries. Which really, really hit the spot after have spent the morning removing old mortar joints from the rear brickwall of my house, and the afternoon removing the old waterproofing material from the roof of my carport, so that it could be re-covered with EPDM rubber. Long day.

Made this stuff today. It came out pretty well.

Methi malai paneer:


Had them with fluffy chapathis (A kind of bread). Yum !

I made myself some spinach with boursin, backed potatoes with onion and bacon and some backed burgers.

When I read it like this it doesn't sound really attractive but it was quite good.
