And for trackpad users who want the old drag gestures, this not under System Preferences > Trackpad. Instead, it is under System Preferences > Universal Access > Mouse & Trackpad > Trackpad Options.

I discovered that a couple of weeks ago and I wouldn't be surprised to see this back under the trackpad settings in some hotfix. No one is happy about moving those settings.
