Customers who bought this book also bought:

  • The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead by Max Brooks
  • Who Cut the Cheese: A Cultural History of the Fart by Jim Dawson
  • Walter, the Farting Dog (Walter the Farting Dog) by William Kotzwinkle, et al
  • 500 Low-Carb Recipes: 500 Recipes from Snacks to Dessert, That the Whole Family Will Love by Dana Carpender

  • The odd thing is that this book seems to be popular amongst low-carbers (not to mention people worried about zombie attacks).

    The author's homepage: http://hometown.aol.com/nishigaki3/index.htm

"Breathing" by using your lower abdomen (around your navel) is taught in Chi Kung and Tai Chi so there must be something to it!

If you're a bloke, exercising that region of the body is also supposed to lead the way towards achieving multiple orgasms, along with other exercises like laying a flannel over your erection and trying to flick it up into your face (make sure you're alone in the house before you try that one...)

This is my favourite amazon book:
    http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0688171958/qid=1087991948/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/103-8413899-8026238?v=glance&s=books

I especially loved the review by Karen Traviss...
