Hello,

I am an ASP.Net Programmer. I always wanted to become a Java Programmer. What should I do for developing my Java Skills though my Background is .Net based? Should I concentrate more on Class Libraries and start doing small projects? as I Know Practice is the best policy to learn things Fast and well. As a Full time ASP.net developer I dont have much Time to concentrate on a new subject but I want to learn this technology soon. Please suggest me the best way to develop java skills as fast and as interesting as possible.

Thanks & Regards

Agile Java(TM): Crafting Code with Test-Driven Development (Robert C. Martin Series) (amazon US) and Head First Servlets and JSP (amazon US) would be a good start.

Also have a look at Jeff Langr's articles and the Sun Java Tutorials.
