I am trying to export mysql database from org.sql access is denied for odbc @localhost using the password yes

What exactly you are trying to do ? Are you restoring database ? OR logging in MySQL admin? I faced this problem, when MySQL server instance is not running.

i am trying to restore the database which imported while i am trying this imported file to export in command prompt i got this error Access denied for odbc @localhost using password yes.

Seems like 'odbc' in an user name you have. Can you login in MYSQL Administrator using "odbc" as username and with password ? If yes then, you might not have sufficient privilege to restore the database. One easy solution is, login with 'root' as a username and then restore database..
