Hi All,

I currently have a Axis2 web service deployed to two oracle 10.1.2 application server on different boxes
I have a client that calls this service via the generated axis2 stub. The client successfully calls the web service on server A,
but on server B the following error occurs.
com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxUnexpectedCharException: Unexpected character '"' (code 34) in DOCTYPE declaration; expected a space between public and system identifiers at [row, col {unknown-source}]: [1,50]

Has anybody seen this before?
