I guess that's better than the steaming pile of you-know-what they could have gone with. My personal experience with Vista is limited to setting up virtual machines for testing. Twenty gigabytes of disk space to install? You've got to be kidding me!
But the frog could turn into a prince, couldn't it?
I bought a laptop from futureshop the other day. It had Vista on it, and I took it back. Vista wasn't my only issue with the laptop, but I did end up looking for a used IBM Thinkpad with Windows XP pre-installed and pre-licensed.
Of course, I hated the Z4 when it came out too, but it has since grown on me.
