Pre-asking this question so it is here when others start wondering.

What changed
You may have noticed that a few forums disappeared over the weekend.
"Java in General (beginner)" --> Beginning Java.
"Java in General (intermediate)" --> Java in General.
"Java in General (advanced)" --> Java in General.

What about my bookmarks?
If you had the forums bookmarked, the beginner and intermediate ones will continue to work. The advanced requires re-bookmarking.

Why did we change things?
There's been a fuzzy line between what is intermediate and what is advanced. We decided to make them one forum to get rid of the confusion.

Actually it was very rare for a post in the advanced forum to be closed (for that matter, it is really rare for us to close any thread anywhere on the entire site). Almost all the topics in the advanced forum were actually better suited to other forums, so they were moved as appropriate.
