Hi,
I have 4 years of experience in java and j2ee technologies and my
current project i have done in Grails. Now i'm looking for job change.
How about market position for groovy grails?
How is the future for groovy grails?

Did you check the job sites? Many times they are a good indicator to what is available in the market. Almost all the sites will show the date the job offer was posted.
