In this Harish Ramchandani's site's exam is working.Some of the links are gone.
Exforsys works but in it's exam it conists of both scea and scja questions.
Most of these test are old versions of scea

LOL i found this ... This is very good read as well as mock questions. If i remember I got a lot of them.. But i really dont like mocks :P I like to go for the exam directly... but this is lot like it !!

I found this link good to test design pattern knowledge though it's not a scea mock exam.

my experience on DP was more on www.dofactory.net for basics
but found the suns j2ee design patterns catalog a more comprehensive study guide
it explains problems faced that each DP resolved...
the exams targets that.. they give you a problem and expect you to find the correct DP for its solution. It is not that easily frankly if you just study dofactory.

btw it showed me nearly the same score as the real exam did.
