How can I detect flash plugin using struts tags?

( there is some code available in Java Script. But I am looking for similar functionality with struts.)

Secondly how can I detect if javascript is disabled.( i can use <noscript> in html) but in struts...???

Thanks in advance

Just use the javascript and <noscript>

If struts COULD do this for you, the way it would do so is to create the javascript itself.
